Welcome to BingwaSoko ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of mobile data bundles, voice minutes, SMS packages, and related products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using BingwaSoko, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
BingwaSoko is an independent reseller of telecom products. We offer discounted data bundles, voice minutes, and SMS packages for networks including Safaricom and Airtel. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
Payment: All payments are processed via M-PESA using the provided Till Number (509947). You must ensure that you send the exact amount for the bundle you select. Payments are non-refundable once the order is successfully delivered.
Delivery: Bundles are delivered instantly to the phone number provided. If you experience a delay, please contact our support team immediately. We are not liable for delays caused by network issues beyond our control.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment and accompanied by proof of transaction (M-PESA message).
Our bundles work even if you have an active Okoa Jahazi debt on your Safaricom line. This is one of our unique selling points, but we do not guarantee compatibility in all cases. If you experience issues, please contact support.
When you use the "Gift a Friend" feature, you confirm that you have the consent of the recipient to receive the bundle. We are not responsible for bundles sent to incorrect numbers due to user error.
We offer airtime conversion services at a rate of 70% of the airtime value (e.g., 100 KES airtime yields 70 KES M-PESA). This service is subject to availability and may be paused at any time.
You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, to harass others, to interfere with our systems, or to reverse engineer our platform. We reserve the right to suspend access to users who violate these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BingwaSoko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific bundle in question.
BingwaSoko is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with Safaricom PLC, Airtel Kenya, or any other telecom operator. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
